Short, and narrower than you might expect. What we owe each other at an actual event is written down separately, in your quote.
What this covers
These terms apply to your use of tovcoffeeco.com. They are between you and Tov Coffee Company, of Bloomington, Indiana.
They are not the agreement for an event or a wholesale account. Those are set out in the quote we send you and the booking you confirm — and where a quote and this page disagree, the quote wins.
Bookings
Sending the inquiry form does not reserve a date, and the automatic reply confirming we received it is not an acceptance. A date is held once you have accepted a quote and paid the deposit — not before.
Prices discussed on this site are indicative. Every event is quoted on what it actually needs, and a quote holds for the period it says it does.
The pages
We try hard to keep this site accurate — particularly the green coffee prices, which are the whole point. Lots change, harvests land, and a page can be briefly out of date. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it.
Coffee is an agricultural product. Tasting notes describe what we find in the cup, not a guarantee of what you will.
Ordering coffee for shipping happens on our Square shop, not here. Those purchases are subject to Square’s terms as well as ours.
The site itself
The words, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Tov Coffee Company. You are welcome to link to any page, quote us with attribution, and share what we publish about pricing — that is why it is public. Please do not pass our writing or our mark off as your own.
Please do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, or use the inquiry form for anything other than a genuine inquiry.
We provide this site as it is. We cannot promise it will never be offline, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Housekeeping
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
We may update this page as the site grows a checkout, a newsletter or anything else that changes the deal. The date below moves when it does.
